Just because you’re shut inside doesn’t mean you can’t have fun!
Join the online party with Sharmila Mali and blow off some steam from the week.
Dancing helps move the energy, release endorphins and makes you feel good, which ultimately gives your immune system a nice boost. Even if you don’t dance, and you like to people watch, that’s great, too!

Sharmila started this dance party to help bring some high vibes because when you are in your joy, that creates a beautiful ripple effect in our personal energetic fields (aura) which affects the energetic web of the planet. So yes, dancing in your living room isn’t just for your own good, it’s for the good of all living beings and also makes Gaia happy, too.
Since we have all been called to go within, (going indoors by the government, but look at the Divine Intervention happening), we are all dealing with our own levels of stress playing out and movement is one of the best ways to move that energy out of your body, AND out of your personal energetic field.
You don’t have to know how to dance, just a willingness to play, (or you can keep your camera off !).
Think about it, you don’t have to stand in line, pay a cover to get in and worry about people smoking or someone trying to get up next to you, cause you are at home!

Feel free to drop in at any time during the hour, or stay the whole time. Remember what it was like being in a club or a house party? You left when you wanted to, or needed to use the bathroom (and no bathroom wait times, EVER!), it’s the same for this online dance party, you are more than welcome to stay the whole time or join just for one song.
Due to internet lagging, we suggest to Bluetooth speakers so the music sounds better. Be sure to mute your device that Zoom is streaming on so it doesn’t interfere with the music coming from your Bluetooth speakers.
Sharmila will put up her curated Spotify playlist once you are in the Zoom room to avoid any internet lagging from her end.
If you don’t like her playlist, you can play your own music!
