Kundalini Reiki Drumming Journey with Tereza

We are inviting you to join Tereza for a transformative spiritual journey.
Through movement, meditation, and chanting we will balance our energy centers and discover the divine power within you.
This workshop offers a unique blend of ancient practices of kundalini yoga and a reiki drumming session.
You will create a deeper connection with your higher self and prepare the body and soul for a cosmic journey of healing vibrations and self-discovery with the Reiki Drum.
(The Reiki Drumming journey is about 20 min)

The studio will provide blankets and yoga mats but you are welcome to bring your own. Wear comfortable clothes. You may also bring crystals or personal items to be blessed on the altar.
