An 8-week interactive course designed for busy women to develop a personal roadmap to healthy eating so you can feel great in your body.

Do you struggle with:

  • A vicious cycle of stress, anxiety, and overeating
  • Losing the same weight over and over
  • Knowing what to eat but not eating it
  • Feeling sluggish and inflamed

Using mindfulness, you will learn how to respond to your personal triggers without relying on food so you can break the cycle of using food to deal with stress and anxiety

During the 8 weeks, you will:

  • Develop a healthy and simple eating plan that works for you even when you’re stressed or don’t have time
  • Find the foods that energize you and identify foods that deplete you
  • Have a group of like-minded women on the same journey to support and lift each other up

How the 8-week course works:

  • It’s a live group course, we meet on Wednesdays at 5:30 pm
  • Each call, you will get personalized coaching from me in a group setting
  • You will have access to me and our community in a group forum, I’ll be with you every step of the way
  • The course takes place online, via Zoom
  • Each session is 90 minutes
  • Each session is divided into learning new tools, sharing experiences, and coaching
  • The course is based on a combination of Mindful Eating and science-based nutrition education

The course includes: 

  • 8 group sessions
  • Sample meal plans with delicious, easy-to-prepare recipes and shopping lists
  • Mindfulness practice workbook and journal
  • A safe and supportive community to share and be heard
  • Pre-course clean out your kitchen Zoom Party, Sunday, January 15th (optional)
