New Moon Breathwork and Gong Healing Summer Solstice Celebration

You are invited to join us as we celebrate another turn of the wheel.  We will gather in community for healing and cleansing under the New moon in Gemini just a few days before Summer Solstice to mark the passing of the seasons together.  We will also be working with the Divine Masculine energies of the season and honoring the father energy that we all carry within us.

 

We will open the circle with grounding and anchoring our prayers and intentions for this season of life.  You will then be guided on a shamanic breathwork meditation.  Alison will use her drum and voice to lead you into a deeper connection with your higher self and the essence of this time of year.

 

After the breathwork you can relax and melt into the earth as you listen to the healing vibrations of the Gongs and crystal bowls.  Your energetic body will be washed clean during the sound healing.

Alison creates a safe space for people to open up and let go of what is no longer serving them. With the use of visualizations, music, essential oils, gong, flute and singing bowls she provides the container for you to journey into yourself.
