Reiki Soundbath

Clear your energy, get grounded in your body and feel nurtured.

You can sit, or lie down to receive the soothing Reiki and sound healing vibes. I’ll lead you in a guided visualization to get you in your body, get grounded, relaxed and create sacred space for Reiki to flow.

Yoga mats are provided, and we do have a few cushions available,  on a first come first serve basis.  If you need a chair instead of lying or sitting on the floor,  please let me know.

When: Every 2nd and Last Friday of the Month (Please note there is no Reiki Soundbath on the last Friday, April 28)

Time: 5:30p-6:30p
