Reiki Soundbath

Clear your energy, get grounded in your body and feel nurtured.

Allow reiki to flow and the healing instruments to help wash away any old energies. It’s a wonderful way to reset for the week.

Yoga mats, blankets, cushions available on a first come first serve basis.  If you need a chair instead of lying or sitting on the floor,  please let me know.

MASKS:
Please note, this is an indoor event.  We do not require masks,  however, if you are more comfortable wearing a mask, please do. We do have two large room HEPA filters in the room as well.
