Reiki Soundbath **APRIL 12 ONLY**

Clear your energy, get grounded in your body and feel nurtured.

You can sit, or lie down to receive the soothing Reiki and sound healing vibes. You’ll be guided  in a visualization to relax, get grounded in your body and create sacred space for Reiki to flow.

Yoga mats are provided, and we do have a few cushions available,  on a first come first serve basis.  If you need a chair instead of lying or sitting on the floor,  please let me know.

When: Every 2nd and Last Friday of the Month (Please note, there is no Reiki Soundbath on April 26).

Time: 5:30p-6:30p

-blankets and pillows

-a journal and a pen: We will be setting intentions for what you want to clear, so bring your journal, or notebook, or pen and paper.  Take note of how you felt before and after.

-a  mask if you want (see below about mask policy)

MASKS:
Please note, this is an indoor event.  We do not require masks,  however, if you are more comfortable wearing a mask, please do. We do have two large room HEPA filters in the room as well.
