Winter Solstice Shamanic Breathwork Circle with Tara and Jeremy

Celebrate the coming of the light with a Shamanic Energy and Breathwork Circle with Tara Matthews and Jeremy Brant.  The Winter Solstice is both the longest night and also the demarkation for the lengthening of days, of moving back into the light of consciousness and expansion. We will celebrate this important marker with sharing in Circle, facilitated breathwork, and gentle meditiation and sound healing. Tara and Jeremy trained at the Institute of Modern Wisdom as certified Wisdom Practitioners and have facilitated circles and consciousness gatherings for over a decade and are grateful for the opportunity to hold space.
