Learn how to lift and lengthen your muscles. Reminding your muscle memory to do what it was made to do. Removing impact from the bone while stimulating bone growth using a soft 10’ ball. We will breathing to make space in the body, giving us more mobility and longevity. Common results are, releasing pain patterns and feeling lighter.
Wear form fitting work out attire, a shirt that can tuck in. Balls and equipment provided. Balls will be available for purchase.In this workshop you will learn:
*How to roll front and back of spine
*Release Facial Tension, including TMJ and eye strain
*Your posture/movement pattern
* how to unwind any patterns not serving your movement goals
*how to use yamuna balls for everyday
You’ll want to wear form fitting work out attire, no underwire bra or thong underwear (for wedgy reasons)
