Natalie is a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner who studied 3 years with the renowned teacher Dr. Vasant Lad at both The Ayurvedic Institute in Albuquerque, NM as well as Vasanta Institute of Ayurveda in Pune, India. A world traveller at heart, she fell in love with the land, culture, and people in Nepal after taking a Yoga Teacher training with Yogi Nomad in the foothills of the Himalayas. She studied Yoga and Ayurveda for years in Nepal as well as India. While living in the land where Ayurveda was conceived and practicing amongst the people whom have passed down this ancient healing science for hundreds of generations, Natalie has become steeped with the knowledge and insight of Ayurveda. Natalie currently practices in Ojai, CA and Santa Fe, NM offering authentic Ayurvedic healing through luxurious personalized treatments, individualized cleanses and consultations which include educational recommendations on diet, lifestyle, yoga, meditation, pranayama, and herbal protocols all to balance your specific concerns while bringing the body, mind and soul into harmony.
