Meditation Everyday~Garden of the Moon
Mon, Jun 22nd - Fri, Jul 31st @ 6:00 am - 6:30 am
A 40-Day Meditation Journey with Adi Shakti
Following the brightness of the Summer Solstice, we enter a different kind of practice.
A quieter practice.
A deeper practice.
A practice of deepening and nourishment of the container life.
Beginning June 22nd, we invite you to join us for a 40-day journey with the Adi Shakti Meditation from the Kundalini Yoga tradition.
Adi Shakti represents the Creative Power of the Universe, the primal feminine force that births, nourishes, transforms, and sustains life. This meditation is an opportunity to cultivate and strengthen these qualities within ourselves and within the collective consciousness we share.
In a world that often values constant action, achievement, and outward movement, this practice invites us to remember the wisdom of receptivity.
The wisdom of intuition.
The wisdom of allowing.
The wisdom of becoming deeply rooted in our own inner knowing.
We have chosen the theme “Garden of the Moon” for this 40-day journey because a garden is not forced into bloom.
It is cultivated.
Tended.
Watered.
Trusted.
Likewise, the feminine aspects of our nature, whether we identify as male, female, or beyond those distinction, are strengthened through presence, patience, and relationship.
In many traditions, the Moon symbolizes our emotional body, intuition, inner landscape, and subconscious patterns. The Adi Shakti Meditation has long been associated with supporting these lunar qualities and helping us move through life with greater grace, receptivity, and emotional balance.
Over the next 40 days, we will gather daily to plant seeds of awareness, compassion, intuition, and trust.
Some days may feel spacious.
Some days may feel challenging.
And some days may feel profoundly transformative.
As with any garden, growth is often happening beneath the surface long before it becomes visible.
Trust the process.
Trust the practice.
Trust the wisdom that is already alive within you.
Together, we will cultivate a garden of steadiness, intuition, creativity, and inner strength.
Together, we will learn to listen more deeply.
Together, we will remember the power of the feminine principle within ourselves and within the world.
Welcome to the Garden of the Moon.
May it nourish you.
May it guide you.
May it help you remember the wisdom you already carry.
See you there.
Sat Nam.
