Pre-Natal Yoga

The classes are designed for any stage or phase of pregnancy.  No prior yoga experience is required.  During each class we will:

  • Practice supportive yoga postures and breath techniques
  • Meditate and connect inwardly with your baby
  • Relax and renew our nervous systems
  • Commune and connect with a tribe of mamas.

Sheng Zhen Qi Gong movement and meditation class series

This 7 week class will include some simple stretching, breathing and a fluid moving form called “Awakening the Soul”. We will also practice stillness with “Union of Three Hearts” meditation.

Sheng Zhen means unconditional love.
This practice is about opening the heart and connecting to the universe. Sheng Zhen moving meditation teaches the practitioner how to embody the feeling of love. There are many sacred books and spiritual teachings about the importance of love- Sheng Zhen guides the practitioner into the feeling of love within one’s heart and how to use the energy of love for healing.

Practicing Sheng Zhen has helped many people to alleviate depression, anxiety, insomnia, digestive troubles, tightness in the body,

Practicing Sheng Zhen will bring into your life more-
Joy, love, peace, contentment, flexibility, healthy bowl movements, higher white blood cell counts and sleeping through the night.

This class is open to everyone- no prior experience needed. It is best to sign up for the entire series as we will be building upon each lesson as we move through the form.
