40 Days of Ho’oponopono

Thu, Sep 10th - Mon, Oct 19th @ 6:00 am - 6:30 am

What if forgiveness could become a daily practice of returning to love?

For 40 days, we will come together in the ancient Hawaiian practice of Ho’oponopono, creating space for healing, reconciliation, compassion, and a deeper sense of inner peace.

Ho’oponopono invites us into a simple yet profound practice of taking responsibility for our own inner experience and consciously choosing a different relationship with what we carry.

Through the familiar phrases:

I’m sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.

We turn inward—not to dwell in the past, but to create greater freedom in the present.

Over these 40 days, we’ll explore forgiveness as an embodied practice: softening the heart, releasing old emotional patterns, cultivating compassion, and making room for more peace within ourselves and our relationships.

Forty days gives us the opportunity to establish a rhythm of practice and allow small moments of intention to become something deeper.

You don’t need to have a particular person, relationship, or situation in mind.

Simply come as you are.

Each day, we practice.

Each day, we return.

Each day, we make a little more room for love.

September 10 – October 19

40 days.
One simple practice.
A return to love.

Join us for this beautiful journey of forgiveness, compassion, and renewal.

I’m sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
