New Moon Healing Circle

Join us under the energy of the New Moon to let go, set intentions, and welcome the abundance of summer.
Begin our journey with 20 minutes of gentle yet dynamic Qigong movements. These flowing exercises will open your energetic pathways, calming your mind and preparing you for deep relaxation. Next, we will share our intentions for the new moon cycle and summer. Reiki healing experience starts with a guided meditation and soothing music. Comfortably lie down on a yoga mat or in a chair as the healing energy, guided by its own intelligence, flows through and around you for approximately 40 minutes.
The intention for the circle is to align with the New moon and open your heart to clarity, healing and new beginning.
