Reiki Soundbath

Reiki and sound calm the nerves, relax the body and puts you in a deep state of peace. Save some time for yourself and join us.

Yoga mats are provided, and we do have a few cushions available,  on a first come first serve basis.  If you need a chair instead of lying or sitting on the floor,  please let me know.
