Join us for a restorative Winter Solstice Sadhana. During this community gathering we will honor the Winter season with the mantra Ek Ong Kar. This mantra helps us to merge with the Universe and remember that creator and creation are one. The repetition of this mantra supports us in opening the energy centers within our body and to realize the sacred power that resides inside us.
Join us as we relish in the inner silence that we co-create together on Dec 21. Our practice will consist of a 15 minute warm up, 2.5 hours of LEOK and a gong bath to conclude our time together.
