Allassandra is a Certified Massage Therapist and energy attunement practitioner with over 15 years of professional experience and owner of To Each Her Aum, embodywork practice. Utilizing the force of gravity and the flow of energy through hands, elbows, and forearms, she offers sessions catered to women that are both substantial and gentle, deep and yet subtle. She holds space for somatic exploration and sounding within a container of Conscious Living and Loving {Hendricks Institute} coaching practice.
Allassandra’s Bodywork style is grounded in Swedish massage, Acupressure, and Non- Diagnostic Reflexology training; her inspiration follows the energetic courses of Reiki, and intuitive pathways of Craniosacral work. She also implements Baguanfa silicone cupping for Myofascial Release / Lymphatic Drainage and Fascial cupping to clear congestion and enhance natural glow.
Allassandra will not push past resistance with greater pressure, but instead beckon and invite relaxation with energy tuning and intuitive strategy. The work will go as deeply as your breath and tissues allow as she remains present to the flow of energy throughout your body and the places of tension that are wanting to release.

MASSAGE CUPPING SESSION
The experience of being “cupped” feels quite wonderful: The application of the cups engages the parasympathetic nervous system, thus allowing a deep relaxation to move through the entire body. Most elements of traditional massage involve pressing, compression, and leaning of body weight. The Baguanfa silicone cups achieve the opposite effect through creating suction. This “negative pressure” draws tissue up and away which loosens connective tissue and releases fascial restrictions. Massage cupping is also very detoxifying as it breaks up stagnation and increases circulation and lymph flow to skin and muscles.

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle modality that relieves compression in the bones of the head, sacrum, and spinal column. It is a facilitation that invites the body into it’s own unwinding process.
REJUVENATION FACIAL
Facial Cupping increases circulation, plumps lines and lightens scars, while toning the muscles and draining stagnation. The muscles of the face will benefit greatly from the reduction of tension and tightness, releasing expression lines and loosening rigid muscles associated with TMJ disorders. This protocol utilizes small glass Beletazze cups to vacuum and lift the facial tissue, mimicking the pumping movements of lymphatic drainage.
