Children’s Yoga Class

Children’s Yoga Class is taught by Radiant Child Yoga certified 95-hour teacher, Devon Delaney, M.Ed. Have fun! Connect. Center. Explore!  This one-hour class is for children ages 5-12 with written parental consent.  We will meet in the Gavahrum Community Space at Soul Body Ojai at 206 N. Signal St in Ojai. Please arrive 10 minutes early for first-time class attendees. Please remove your shoes outside before entering the space.  You are welcome to bring your own yoga mats, there are also mats and cushions available for respectful use in the Gavahrum community space.

 Devon Delaney, M.Ed. is a Credentialed Teacher (Special Needs and Art), Homeschool Tutor, RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance, L1 Kundalini Yoga Teacher, and certified 95-hour Family Yoga Teacher in Radiant Child Yoga.

 This Kundalini Yoga class is infused with sacred sound, breath movement and meditation. Shiva uses current astrology and moon phases to tap into the flow of the collective. Using this technology she gives us tools to navigate our modern lives. Shiva’s classes drift in and out of deep meditation and joyful playfulness. This class is all inclusive for any body at any level.
